In the FINTAL program how do I access the Capital reckoner and what can I do with it?

You can reach it in Fintal 2 via Help -> Reckoners -> Capital

The Capital reckoner will calculate the capital taken into account for means-testing purposes, after making the appropriate deductions for any outstanding mortgage on a second home and the notional costs of sale of a capital asset.
